People who donated blood many times are awarded honorary titles. In Ukraine, this title is called "Honored Donor of Ukraine", and in Russia - "Honorary Donor of Russia". Unfortunately, donors relying on benefits only apply in the country where they donated blood.

The title of Honored Donor of Ukraine is a state award, which is awarded by the President of Ukraine in accordance with Ukrainian legislation. According to the regulations on honorary titles, Ukrainians who have donated more than 100 single maximum permissible doses of blood and its components can become honored donors.
Benefits for Honored Donors of Ukraine
Citizens of Ukraine who are awarded the title of Honored Donor receive special silver badges and have a number of benefits. So, they can free and without waiting in line prosthetics at state clinics, buy prescription drugs at a 50% discount, receive paid leave annually, have an increased pension, etc.
Do benefits extend to Russia?
The title of Honored Donor of Ukraine is a state award - accordingly, all benefits due to him are valid only on the territory of the state of Ukraine. In Russia, Ukrainian donors cannot count on receiving benefits, which is quite obvious. Donors are respected all over the world, but only the country for the benefit of which donors donated their blood provides benefits to them.
For example, the title of Hero of Ukraine. Regardless of the amount of merit due to which a person received this high state award, the Hero of Ukraine will not be able to use the benefits established for the Hero of Russia in the Russian Federation. In exactly the same way, the situation is with the title of Honored Donor of Ukraine.
