The word "theater" has several meanings. Firstly, it is a place, a building where spectacles take place (performances, concerts, performances). No country can do without theatrical institutions. The preservation of ancient traditions is inherent in the Oriental theater, as in the whole of the East, European theater buildings also try to contain classical elements in their architecture, for example, almost obligatory attributes of any theater building are huge columns.
2
Another meaning of the word "theater" is the sight itself, a form of performing art. The action always takes place on stage, at an elevation, thanks to which the audience can see the performance from any end of the hall. The main performers are actors, singers or reciters.
3
An actor is not necessarily a living person, it can be a doll, the main thing is that the expressiveness of the action be conveyed to the viewer, giving him the opportunity to show his accumulated emotions, because that’s why people go to the theater. Emotions can be very different, from sadness to joy, from tears to wild fun, from calm to anger. But, unlike cinema, usually not a single spectator remains indifferent, this is achieved by the magic of live communication between the spectator and the actor.
4
The theater as a whole is called not only an acting troupe, but also all employees of the institution. Directors, make-up artists, illuminators, decorators, requisites, artists, work scenes, wardrobes, ticket service, cashiers - all this is a theater.

At first it was always mass art, but gradually, individual artists, actors or singers began to be singled out from the crowd, shows began to be held regularly, and the artists and the public were separated. In addition, the theater became a form of earnings, special professions (actor, director, screenwriter, producer, impresario, etc.) and educational institutions that graduate specialists in these professions appeared.

There are many genres of theatrical performances. This is a drama, comedy, musical, etc. But the ballet deserves special mention. This type of theatrical art combines dance, music, plot, dramatic design. Ballet requires enormous endurance and endurance from its performers, constant work on themselves, the ability to transmit the emotions of their characters through dance, i.e. to have the art of mime.
7
Musical theater requires high vocal or instrumental abilities from its performers. Operetta performances in which the ballet element can be added are given at such theaters.
