Biography
Bozeman Chadwick was born in Southern California at the end of November 1976 in a huge family. His grandmother had 115 grandchildren and a myriad of great-grandchildren, and all relatives always spoke warmly. The parents of the future actor were simple and very religious people. Mother Carolina worked as a nurse, and father Leroy first worked at a weaving factory, and then opened his own small business.
As a child, Bowman was an obedient and diligent boy, but often encountered racism. This only tempered his character and he firmly decided to achieve serious success, proving to the whole world that blacks are by no means second-class people.
After leaving school, Chadwick went to Howard University to study writing and directing. The student of the future actor was held in the conditions of austerity and constant search for extra earnings. So he began his acting career - agreed to small roles in the series. Subsequently, the actor continued his education, graduating from the Oxford Academy of Drama and graduate school at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts.
Career
Chadwickâs first work was a small role in the 2003 film The Third Shift, about the US Rescue Services. After that, he starred in the soap opera All My Children, became a performer of an episodic character in the police drama series Law and Order, took part in the filming of Ambulance - in short, nothing remarkable was expected in his career until in 2012 the director Brian Helgeland did not begin the search for an actor to play a major role in his future large-scale project "42".
Chadwick's similarity with the famous athlete was the main reason for the invitation of a little-known actor to the main role. But Bozeman played brilliantly, and everything changed in his life. According to film critics, he became the "black icon of America, " and his career went uphill.
Every year, Bozeman Chadwick takes part in multimillion-dollar projects of Hollywood directors, has become one of the well-known superheroes of the Marvel movie "Black Panther", is engaged in producing and directing, writes scripts and even created music for one series.
