After a failed attempt to enter the Kiev Institute of Theater Arts, he went to conquer the capital. Having passed the tests brilliantly, the young man was admitted to all theatrical universities. I chose the Moscow Art Theater School. Khimichev had a hard time in those years. Among his classmates, he stood out by age and poverty. In his repertoire there were many interesting performances, but over all these years he never received a single leading role, he was content with the background. Therefore, the actor decided to participate in film screenings and then luck smiled at him. His debut was the role of Lieutenant Artamonov in the action-packed film “Operation Trust.” After that, he was assigned the role of an actor in the detective genre.
Talent and charisma made the actor popular with directors. Two to three films with his participation were filmed annually. In the filmography of Boris Khimichev 110 film works. But the most vivid and memorable, he considered the role of Prince Yuri Dolgoruky in the film of the same name and the image of Pavel Kirsanov in the film "Fathers and Sons".
Personal life
In the personal life of Boris Petrovich there were many hobbies. But the actor was always guided by the rule: "if you got close to a woman, get married, " so he was raised. There were five marriages in his life. Immediately after graduation, Khimichev married for the first time to a teacher of mathematics. The lack of common interests led to a divorce within three months. Boris had great feelings for actress Tatyana Lavrova. But she considered Khimichev mediocre and this led to a breakdown. For more than 10 years, the union of Boris Khimichev and Tatyana Doronina lasted. They met already in adulthood. They were connected by joint work in the theater and cinema. But the excessive emotionality of both did not allow them to be together for a long time. The following marriages were very short-lived: two weeks and a half years.
The last chosen one of the artist was Galina Sizova, director of book exhibitions. These were the longest and happiest relationships built on love and respect. Elena, the daughter of Galina from a previous marriage, became Boris's native.
