Yuri Shatunov - famous Russian singer, member of the band "Tender May". His biography is full of interesting events, and his personal life has always been the focus of attention of thousands of fans.
Biography
Yuri Shatunov was born in 1973 in the city of Kumertau, the Bashkir Autonomous Republic (now the Republic of Bashkortostan). Contrary to popular belief, no one refused him after birth, and the boy was brought up by his parents - Vasily Klimenko and Vera Shatunova, whose name was later taken by the future singer. Nevertheless, the virginity of Yura was not easy: his father often drank, and there were almost always scandals in the family.
At the age of eleven, Shatunov suffered another misfortune: her mother became seriously ill, which caused her to put her son in a boarding school. The woman was unable to cope with the disease, and she died, and Yura, having escaped from an educational institution, began to wander, gradually moving to the Orenburg region. In 1985, he came to the attention of social services and was assigned to one of the Orenburg boarding schools.
At the boarding school, Yuri Shatunov enrolled in a music circle and made friends with its leader Sergei Kuznetsov. It was he who organized the “Tender May” group, calling Yura and other talented children from the orphanage into it. The band recorded several songs and began performing at city dance evenings. The repertoire of the group continued to replenish. Future hits appeared: "Summer", "Grizzly Night", "White Roses".
In 1988, producer Andrei Razin met with members of the collective. He quickly became friends with the team and even took part in writing several songs. Razin also took over the leadership of the group. Together, they began to distribute their own audio cassettes to the conductors of long-distance trains. “Affectionate May” was quickly learned throughout the country, and the band's concerts boomed for a long time in different cities.
Yuri Shatunov became a popular favorite and dream of thousands of girls. He performed dozens of songs and participated in the recording of more than twenty albums. By 1991, the young man had already noticeably changed and became more and more like a man. He felt less and less confident on stage, and, in addition, the collapse of the USSR had a strong influence on Russian pop music. Against the backdrop of all this, the band "Tender May" broke up, and Yura Shatunov went into a solo career.
