The modest obituary responded to the death of a famous actor throughout the country. Shocked fans wondered for a long time about the reason for the unexpected departure of the idol. But the artist simply "burned out" at work.
Children's years and youth
Victor Avdyushko was born in Moscow in 1925, on January 11. The father of the future celebrity worked as a weigher at the Kiev railway station of the capital, and my mother was engaged in the house, raising Victor and his older sister. We lived near the station, very modestly.
In childhood, the boy did not even think about creative destiny. He dreamed of becoming a pilot, repeating the deeds of Chkalov and Serov.
The sixteen-year-old boy even tried to escape to the front after the outbreak of war. Only parents managed to return their son home on time. So the venture failed.
After the war Avdyushko entered the Aviation Institute. He decided to create airplanes. Victor during his studies took part in student productions. The MAI Theater was famous as one of the strongest in the capital.
The textured appearance provided the student with the role of builders of a new life, heroes of the strong and selfless. From the game of Victor, his friends were delighted. They advised a fellow student to go to the artists.
In 1945, a young man submitted documents to VGIK. They took it right away. The selection committee evaluated both the texture of the applicant and his ability to read poetry. He ended up in Ryzman's workshop.
Victor Antonovich graduated in 1949. Filming began in 1948. Receiving the first, albeit episodic role, Avdyushko owes his appearance.
Assistant Gerasimov approached the third-year student and offered to star in the Young Guard.
Hard way to the top
A year later, Pyubyev's “Kuban Cossacks” followed. And in the fifties came the first significant role in the film "In Peaceful Days."
The tape turned into a movie hit. It described the struggle of the Soviet state security agencies with Western intelligence. The film work became the leader of the box office.
The artist starred with a star collective. His partners were Sergey Gurzo, George Yumatov, Elina Bystritskaya and Vera Vasilyeva.
On the account of the artist by the mid-fifties was a dozen roles. The characters were given to him exclusively positive.

Victor Antonovich dreamed of overcoming characterization. Letting the role go will not be negative, but it will turn out to be modern and more truthful. After the Khrushchev thaw, the directors began to produce such pictures.
In 1956 Avdyushko was offered the main role in Schweizer's film "Tight Knot." The work was devoted to the struggle of the new and the old. The innovation so frightened the cinema management that the film was banned even at the shooting stage. As a result, the director shot Pereverzev instead of Emelyanov, who played the bureaucrat. The negative character has become an innovator.
Thunder and lightning
The change of emphasis was reflected in the name of the project: "Sasha enters into life." But even with such alterations, the film came out in a limited edition.
They saw the picture in its original form only after two decades. By that time, the performer was no longer alive.
Participation in the disgraced project did not affect the actor’s creative career. He continued the gallery of positive characters with nine more paintings. Entrusted to Victor not only communists.
He starred in the film adaptation of classic works. The performer became Bazarov from Fathers and Sons.
In the late sixties to Avdyushko came his best role. True, her viewers also had to wait. In the picture of Naumov and Alov, “Peace to the Departing, ” Viktor Antonovich reincarnated as Ivan Yamshchikov, a soldier who was numb after a shell shock.
The talent of the artist revealed with all his might. He, using the most avaricious means, managed to convincingly play with his eyes, expressing the state of mind of a man doomed to silence. The directors themselves did not expect such a surge of drama.
The picture was brought a lot of charges. The creators were reproached for naturalism, fiction, slander of the Soviet soldier. The reason was the innovative manner of shooting, the reliability of the display of war.
Poison the beginning of Furtsev. The discussion was held at the Cinema House. Victor himself became the culprit of the scandal. The actor spent the whole night in the company and came in tipsy.

The first half of the dispute, he was sleeping peacefully. The artist was awakened by a cry about the need to punish the creators of the picture with a belt in the same way as Avdyushko had beaten off the German film. Hearing his own name, Viktor Antonovich woke up and went to the podium.
On the way, he took out his belt and, unexpectedly for everyone, said that he would carry out the speaker himself. Only Naumov managed to calm the angry artist.
Life in reality
For display in the army, the picture was banned, it did not get on television. The film was shown in a limited edition in small cinemas. But abroad at the Venice Festival the tape was awarded the "Gold Medal" and the "Golden Cup".
In the sixties and seventies Avdyushko continued to act in films. The artist managed to get out of his usual role, playing in “Ordinary Miracle” and the comedy “Thirty-Three” very small roles.
In the theater Avdyushko played only in the puppet. He existed in the house of Boris Birger, an artist. With his son, Viktor Antonovich often visited theaters, brought gifts to the boy from abroad.
At the Birger Theater, Avdyushko chose the opposite characters that were familiar to him. Truffaldino rogue became a favorite. Although the actor was not considered the size of a superclass, he was not inferior in popularity to either Ulyanov or Tikhonov. Autographs were constantly taken from him.
