Biography
Andreev Kirill Alexandrovich was born in the most ordinary Moscow family on April 6, 1971. The boy’s father, who worked at a construction site, left the family when Cyril was not even 11 years old. Mom, a printing engineer by training, served as chief technologist of the First Model Printing House. She tried to replace the boy and father and mother, taking all the care of upbringing on herself. Despite the parents' creative choice of profession, the boy from childhood loved to perform and gave home concerts. But when there was a choice between ballroom dancing and swimming, Cyril chose the second, believing that dancing is not a male occupation. As a result, he became a candidate for a master of sports in swimming.
After graduating from school No. 468, Kirill Andreev continued his studies at the Moscow Radiomechanical College, where he received a secondary vocational education. At the end of training, Cyril is called up for military service. So, the next couple of years he spent in the Vladimir region as part of a company of artillery troops.
After returning to Moscow, he was faced with the question of what to do next. Being in great physical shape, he tries to get into the ranks of the models of the school of Glory Zaitsev and easily passes the casting. A little later, Cyril graduated from the prestigious "School of Advertising and Fashion Models" in the United States and will build a fairly successful career as a model. In addition, it is thanks to this work that he will get acquainted with the stars of show business and, subsequently, will be presented to Igor Matvienko, the then-popular singer Natalya Vetlitskaya.
The producer began to work on a new project and was looking for young people for him. So, Kirill Andreev will be the first of three approved by "Ivanushka" and to this day the lead singer of the group. The huge hits of “Ivanushki International” will bring hits “Clouds” (1996), “Somewhere” (1996), “Poplar Fluff” (1998), “Bullfinches” (1999), “Revi” (2000) and others. Today, the group is almost the longest existing boy band in Russia and successfully performs with concerts.
Despite the successful creative activity as a member of the group, Cyril also tries himself as a solo singer. He has in his album released in 2009, entitled "I continue to live." In addition, he enjoys participating in various television shows.
